This is practical information about personal data processing on the MatCode website. If new marketing tools, chat features or newsletters are added, this document should be reviewed and updated.

We process data voluntarily provided in the project brief form or message: name or company name, email or phone number, project description, contact preference, budget, timeline, attachment content and technical data needed to secure the form.

Data may be shared with technical providers supporting website hosting, email, forms, analytics and chat. This may include OVH hosting, email providers, Google Analytics and Tawk.to if the service is enabled and you consent to it.

5. Retention

Inquiry data is stored for the time required to handle the contact and commercial conversation, usually no longer than 24 months from the last contact, unless a longer period is required by a contract, law or claim protection. Analytics and chat data are retained according to provider settings and the scope of your consent.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

The website uses necessary cookies for the form, language preference and consent preferences. Analytics and chat cookies are loaded only after consent. You can change your choices via “Cookie settings” in the footer or in your browser settings.

7. Transfers outside the EEA

If you consent to analytics or chat tools, data may be processed by providers outside the European Economic Area. In that case, GDPR safeguards and provider contractual protections are used.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, object to processing and withdraw consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish Personal Data Protection Office.

9. No automated decision-making

Form data is not used for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal effects.
