MatCode · Software house · Poland

Before our first conversation.

MatCode answers questions about working together, app pricing, MVP scope, integrations and support after launch. Find out how to start a project.

Does MatCode work with companies from Pleszew and the region?

Yes. MatCode is based in Pleszew and supports companies from Kalisz, Ostrów Wielkopolski, Jarocin and the wider Wielkopolska region. We also work remotely with companies across Poland.

How does cooperation with a software house work?

We start with a consultation and clarify the business goal. Then we define the MVP, risks, integrations and first delivery stage, so development has a clear direction.

How much does an app or system cost?

It depends on scope, integrations and system responsibility. An MVP usually needs a larger budget, while simple API integrations and automations can be much cheaper.

Do you deliver Flutter and APIs?

Yes. We design Flutter apps, backends, custom web systems, API integrations, process automations and SaaS products.

Do I need a finished specification?

No. A problem, goal and business context are enough. We structure the MVP scope, priorities and launch plan together at the start.

What affects the project cost?

User roles, business rules, integrations, data migration, security requirements and release channels. We separate essential launch features from later development. A quote covers agreed scope; there is no single price for every product.

Can you take over an existing application?

We can begin by reviewing the code, infrastructure and account access. We assess the project and its risks before proposing further development, migration or a rebuild. We do not assume that rewriting everything is necessary.

What happens after launch?

Before launch, we agree who maintains the server, updates dependencies and responds to issues. New features are planned in separate stages. Support, documentation and repository access are included in the project agreement.

First step

No finished specification needed.

Start with a problem or an idea. Two fields are enough; we can work out the details together.
