From first conversation to launch.
How MatCode works: goals, MVP scope, design, development, testing and launch. Understand the decisions and deliverables at each project stage.
Define the goal
We discuss users and the task that is difficult today. We review existing tools, data access and constraints.
- Business goal and audience
- Integrations and key risks
Choose the initial scope
We separate essentials from extras. We agree the MVP, work sequence and how to check whether the solution meets its goal.
- First-stage scope and quote
- Acceptance criteria and priorities
Design and build
We map user journeys, screens and data flows. We show working increments and gather feedback before the project is finished.
- Interface design and architecture
- Working increments and tests
Launch and hand over
We check key scenarios, configure the environment and agree publishing. We document access and an ongoing support plan.
- Acceptance, release and documentation
- Agreed maintenance and development plan
What should you bring to the first conversation?
A description of the problem, a typical user’s day and the tools you already use are enough. Mockups or API documentation can help, but are not a requirement to get started.

No finished specification needed.
Start with a problem or an idea. Two fields are enough; we can work out the details together.
